This service agreement is signed by the owner of Hong Kong Youji (or "CSYiyou.com"), "HK YOUJI SUPPLY CHAIN LIMITED and the registered supplier who intends to set up a store on the Hong Kong Youji platform as an independent third-party operator (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "registered supplier" or "supplier" or "seller"), and has the force of a contract. The terms and conditions set forth in this service agreement apply to the use of various tools and services of Hong Kong Youji by registered suppliers of CSYyou.com. Once you agree to this service agreement, this service agreement will immediately become legally binding between you, the supplier you represent and CSYiyou.com.

The ways in which you agree to this Agreement and other rules include but are not limited to: A. By clicking "I Agree" or accepting in other ways; B. Oral or written expressions made by email, telephone, fax, instant messaging, etc.; C. There are "default consent" clauses in this Agreement and other rules (including but not limited to service descriptions and usage help, etc.), and you click to agree or actually use our services in other forms; D. Other methods that are recognized by both you and us.

The content of this Service Agreement includes the text of this Agreement and all the rules, instructions, service help, etc. that CSYiyou.com has publicly released or may publicly release in the future (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Rules"). All public rules are an integral part of the Agreement and have the same legal effect as the text of the Agreement. The rights and obligations under the Service Rules shall be performed by Hong Kong Youji Supply Chain Co., Ltd. or Jiahe Holdings Limited. You should read and understand the Service Rules at the same time and accept them together.

CSYiyou.com has the right to formulate and modify this Agreement or various rules from time to time as needed within the scope permitted by law. If there are any changes to this Agreement, CSYiyou.com will publicly solicit opinions on the website in accordance with relevant legal provisions and publicize the modified content to notify CSYiyou.com registered suppliers. If CSYiyou.com registered suppliers do not agree to the relevant changes, they must stop using the "Service". Once the revised agreement is published on the CSYiyou.com website and meets the statutory requirements of the publicity period, it will automatically take effect immediately. Various rules will also become part of this Agreement after they are published and take effect. Logging in or continuing to use the "Service" will indicate that CSYiyou.com registered suppliers accept the revised agreement. Unless otherwise expressly stated, any new content that expands the scope of the "Service" or enhances the functionality of the website is subject to this Agreement.

2. CSYiyou.com supplier registration and qualification certification

2.1 CSYiyou.com Supplier Account

2.1.1 CSYiyou.com suppliers refer to individuals or organizations that have submitted certification applications to CSYiyou.com and obtained CSYiyou.com’s permission through the CSYiyou.com supplier registration procedure to sell goods to users on the CSYiyou.com page (https://seller.CSYiyou.com/help/catelist/c0101.html#help-indexleft-0). After the above registration procedure, CSYiyou.com will assign the corresponding CSYiyou.com supplier account to the CSYiyou.com supplier.

2.1.2 The CSYiyou.com supplier account is the basis for us to identify you and provide services to you. Since the CSYiyou.com supplier account is closely related to your contact information and supplier business information, if you use the services we provide, you shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login account and restricting third parties from using/accessing your computer or mobile device, and ensuring that your login password (if you set it) is not disclosed to any third party.

2.2 Qualifications of CSYiyou.com Registered Suppliers

2.2.1 CSYiyou.com registered suppliers must be entities or individuals with legal business qualifications and meet CSYiyou.com's supplier business qualification review conditions:

1. Suppliers must hold market entity registration in accordance with the law (...)
2. If the goods or services sold by a supplier require an administrative license (...)
3. The above-mentioned market entity registration qualifications and administrative licenses (...)
4. The person who completes the supplier registration process on CSYiyou.com (...) must be a natural person with full civil capacity.

2.2.2 If a company registered as a supplier of CSYyou.com does not meet any of the provisions of the above 2.2.1, once discovered, CSYyou.com has the right to immediately suspend all use rights of the supplier's CSYyou.com account. (...)

2.3 Supplier Qualification Rules

2.3.1 Suppliers must be certified in accordance with the rules before they can open stores and sell goods.

2.3.2 General Qualification Requirements and Instructions

1. Have registered and obtained a CSYiyou.com registered supplier account;
2. The natural person must be between 18 and 70 years old (...);
3. The enterprise should be a mainland China or Hong Kong enterprise.
4. If the Supplier is a company, it shall be a validly existing company (...)
5. CSYiyou.com has the right to review the supplier's certification information (...)
6. The Supplier fully understands and agrees that CSYyou.com has the right to disclose to third parties (...)
7. For the sake of clarity, the certification conducted by CSYyou.com does not relieve the supplier (...)

2.3.3 Number of registered accounts

1. The number of affiliated stores of a corporate seller registered with the same business license shall not exceed 10;
2. An individual seller registered with the same identity information is limited to only one associated store.
